The ACYVIA project was set up to construct a life cycle inventory database for agri-food processing in various sectors (beef, pork, dairy products, wine, flour mills and distilleries). A certain number of methodological rules are required for the construction of such a database to ensure the scientific relevance of the product datasets, the consistency of the choices between the sectors and the consistency between the product datasets. This guide brings together all the rules that were used to create the ACYVIA database. This guide is divided into chapters.
