The ACYVIA project was set up to construct a life cycle inventory database for agri-food processing in various sectors (beef, pork, dairy products, wine, flour mills and distilleries). A certain number of methodological rules are required for the construction of such a database to ensure the scientific relevance of the product datasets, the consistency of the choices between the sectors and the consistency between the product datasets.
