The aim is to structure a support approach as an additional mission for energy renovation craftsmen. To this end, the fundamental guidelines are:

To guarantee the good conditions of the work undertaken in DIYenergy renovation,
Ensuring the quality of the outputs,
Structuring the training of craftsmen for support of DIY renovators,
Create a factilitating entity responsible for the implementation of this whole approach and the management of a resource centre dedicated to DIY energy renovation.
