Electrical and electronic equipments: data 2024

Présentation

2.3 million tonnes of electrical and electronic equipment were placed on the market in 2024. In the same year, more than 1.2 million tonnes were collected and 45,017 tonnes were given a second life by being reused.

This report takes stock of the electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) EPR scheme in France in 2024, on the basis of the information gathered via the SYDEREP reporting system put in place by ADEME, in compliance with the AGEC Law and the government order concerning EPR scheme data, complemented by data drawn from the literature and supplied by scheme actors.

In addition to presenting an overview of the sector as a whole, it assesses progress made in achieving the targets set by the EPR scheme specifications and makes a qualitative analysis of the scheme’s data and performance in light of these targets.
