This methodological guide, which is the result of work conducted by ADEME, pioneering local authorities and other stakeholders, presents a method, tools and case studies to help put sufficiency actions in place within local authorities.

This guide is primarily intended for local authority staff.  However, any public or private sector stakeholder can find useful information in this guide for engaging in sufficiency initiatives.
