As the impact of domestic combustion heating on air quality no longer needs to be demonstrated, this report aims to identify examples of actions in Europe and North America aimed at limiting this impact and the way in which their assessment is carried out. In addition, specific work on the emission factors associated with this sector was carried out, highlighting significant methodological differences, making comparisons between different countries more difficult. Also, work on homogenization at the international level would seem desirable to limit these differences.
The study is still relevant.
